Anonymous Report
Within Agrosuper there are Comunication Channels for anonymous reports related to the observance of conduct codes of Business, and any other issues related to possible regulatory incompliance within its enviroment of internal control, its financial statements, and situations or events which require the attention of the Business Conduct Committee.
Agrosuper garantees the appropiate management of any reports carried out in good faith. The above mentioned explains that the latter will be dealt with utmost confidentiality and by the channels defined within the Procedures for Channel Reporting.
On the other hand, the reportee will have to observe the confidentiality that the case requires, taking into account the circumstances in which the investigation finds itself and that it could affect the honorability of the people involved.
We assure a prompt independent and confidencial analysis for all reports received without any retaliation of any kind to its issuers, this is carried out through a platform which is directed and supervised by the Business Conduct Committee of Agrosuper.
