The processing plant is located in the Metropolitan Region and has an output capacity of over 3 million tonnes annually. All the processes are subject to strict normative standards of quality and hygiene, from the selection of the finest pork meats to the regular replacement of fresh products in the shop window, the main objective being to produce the finest processed meats on the market.
The main processed products are sausages, salamis and hams for distribution on the domestic market.
